Chef Mounir Hassni honed his talents at Michelin-starred eateries across Europe and the Middle East, including Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris. His cooking takes inspiration from these travels, bringing together the best of French and Italian cuisine in a North African setting.
Inspired by local ingredients, our menus change daily. Meat, fish and vegetarian dishes are served with herbs and salads harvested from the hotel garden. It’s Mediterranean cuisine with French accent, classic rich sauces vying for attention with striking haute cuisine flavour combinations. Our extensive wine list has been carefully curated with food pairings in mind to offer our guests a complete gastronomic experience.
